Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Sr Director, Operations for VIP Nation in Beverly Hills, CA to design and implement scalable systems across programs, fulfillment, logistics, and vendor management. This role reports to the SVP and acts as second-in-command, shaping how the business runs day-to-day.

The ideal candidate will inventory the current state, design repeatable processes, and build an organizational structure that replaces manual workflows with scalable, standards-driven operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or equivalent senior operating experience is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Deep supply chain and logistics expertise with vendor management experience.
• Experience selecting and implementing business systems (ERP, order management, inventory, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operating cadence of VIP Nation and establish KPIs for efficiency, fulfillment accuracy, cost, and fan satisfaction.
• Maintain structured communication with the SVP including regular operating reviews and risk escalation.
• Conduct a structured assessment of current state and present a prioritized roadmap to leadership.
• Own supply chain and logistics strategy for VIP programs including sourcing, production, inventory, freight, and warehousing.
• Institute service-level standards and quality controls across VIP programs and build a post-show review process.
• Document SOPs, templates, and process maps for scalable growth.
