Nashville Predators in Nashville is seeking a Coordinator, Premium Seats Service to support Bridgestone Arena Premium Guests. You will deliver outstanding service, build relationships with premium clients, assist with ticket fulfillment and event information, and help create VIP experiences.

The role requires 3-4 years of relevant experience and a 4-year degree, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong client relationships and premium service experience.
• Ability to interact professionally with VIP guests.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check compliance.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to premium guests.
• Establish strong relationships with premium clients and assist with ticketing and event information.
• Assist with ticket fulfillment for premium seats clients and club members.
• Facilitate email communication to premium seats clients.
• Manage Premium Ticket inventory and weekly reports.
• Liaise with vendors involved in the customer experience.
• Manage event night responsibilities in premium areas.
• Act as the point of contact between Guest Services, Holders and Club Members.
• Attend weekly sales and service meetings to maximize sales and service.
• Maintain relationships with Sales, Hockey Operations, Guest Services, Arena Operations, and Box Office.
• Provide superior customer service per ONE GOAL.
• Maintain professionalism and perform other duties as assigned.
