Job summary

The Nashville Predators are seeking a Guest Experience Team Member in Nashville, TN. This exempt, full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service to fans, managing season ticket activity, and supporting game-day operations within the Guest Services area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Ticketing Software Archtics preferred.
• Customer service background is preferred.
• Able to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Background checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Direct liaison with Predators fans, handling mail, calls and emails.
• Engage season ticket holders; service and renew accounts.
• Sell, renew, and upgrade season tickets.
• Staff Guest Services during games and events; resolve inquiries or complaints.
• Assist box office with customer service window as needed.
• Attend game overview meetings and set up Guest Services desk.
• Check lost and found items and assist security as needed.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with ticket holders.
• Support group sales with orders, exchanges, and tickets.
• Assist with mailings, invoices, and ticket sales projects.
