The Nashville Predators are seeking a highly organized Premium Sales & Service Events Specialist to design and execute engaging events for Smashville Loyal, Premium, and Corporate Partners. You will manage client experiences, oversee loyalty programs, and liaise with leadership and stakeholders.

The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and collaboration with Marketing, Ticket Sales, and guest services to deliver a 12-month, 20+ event calendar, including major partner

Qualifikationen

• Three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Four-year (4) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Strong existing client relationships and event experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and cultivate long-lasting client relationships.
• Excellent people skills and an ability to interact effectively and in a professional, diplomatic, and mature manner with internal and external clients at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Lead event management and development for Smashville Loyal, Premium, and Corporate Partner events.
• Conduct site visits and on-site meetings to assess and coordinate event logistics.
• Coordinate all guests experience details, including parking, arrival, programming, and departure for each planned event.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships for food & beverage, security, event staff, sponsorship, and more to ensure high-quality execution.
• Oversee day-of-event operations including setup, load-in, communication, and tear-down.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute annual featured events and 12-month calendar of 20+ events.
• Manage premium and partner events, suite previews, golf outing, and season-end celebrations.
