Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• 3+ years in Sales, Account Management, or a customer-facing role.
• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
• Comfort in fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial environments.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

Responsibilities

• Create new revenue by developing strong, authentic player relationships.
• Manage all aspects of the relationship through local events, communications, and escalation responses.
• Maintain understanding of the market and offer new games, promotions, channels, and platforms to players.
• Compile player feedback to support platform improvements and opportunities.
• Adhere to VIP policies and responsible gaming guidelines.
