Job summary

Required are a bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in a client-facing role, plus the ability to travel and work nights/weekends. You may need state gaming licenses as part of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with high-potential players through a variety of communication channels and build authentic relationships.
• Evaluate a player's potential for placement in the DraftKings VIP Program.
• Help develop and optimize strategies for player engagement and qualification.
• Contribute feedback to improve onboarding and promote a positive player experience.
• Support business acquisition efforts for new state product launches.
