Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Player Development Executive to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. This role focuses on building VIP relationships, creating promotions, and coordinating events to reward high-value players.

You will connect with guests through calls, emails, and in-person interactions, informing them of events and benefits and planning special experiences that drive loyalty and trips to our casino.

Qualifications

• Three years of player development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of casino games and their rules.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Network with known players to identify high-value guests by phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain relationships; inform guests of events, activities, and benefits as VIPs.
• Make outgoing calls to generate trips, book accommodations, and reservations.
• Create and manage special events to reward new and loyal players.
• Survey players to gather feedback for program improvement.
