Delaware North Gaming at Southland Casino Hotel in West Memphis, Arkansas, seeks a VIP Host to support content creation and guest experiences in a lively casino setting.

You will staff the VIP Lounge, assist with reservations, and coordinate comps and VIP events, contributing to memorable guest experiences and loyalty programs. This role may require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service and basic math skills required.
• Minimum of 3 months of related experience required.

• Staff and maintain the VIP Lounge and VIP check-in, and update and enter member information into the database.
• Provide information, cards, promotional items, and other rewards to program members.
• Book hotel and restaurant reservations for guests upon request and RSVP VIP guests to various on- and off-property events.
• Make comping decisions based on the guest's card level and level of play, and plan for casino comps and issuance of necessary paperwork.
• Assist in the development and process of high-end player events.

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time or part-time VIP Host to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a VIP Host, you will support the production and implementation of multi-purpose content for both internal and external audiences.

Pay $17.00 - $23.00 / hour

More about you

• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Arkansas Gaming License
• Customer service and basic math skills required
• Minimum of 3 months of related experience required
• Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and the MICROS system, preferred
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required
