Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a Player Development Manager in Albuquerque to lead strategic planning for the Player Development Department and supervise casino hosts. You will coordinate programs aimed at high-value players and drive engagement and revenue growth.

You will build relationships with top players, design events, train staff, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with internal controls. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3 years related experience in gaming/hospitality/sales/marketing.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to increased revenue and cost efficiencies per the Annual Marketing Plan.
• Develops strategic plans for the Player Development Department.
• Develops programs for high worth customers: outings, events, and player events.
• Establishes relationships with high value players and communicates regularly.
• Projects and trains casino hosts to attract and retain high value players.
• Manages department schedule and budgeting, ensuring compliance with policies.
