Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a Table Games Manager to assist the Director of Table Games in overseeing operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls and federal cash reporting requirements. The role includes supervisory duties, scheduling, hiring and training, and maintaining adherence to gaming regulations.

This position requires strong leadership, budget management, and the ability to coordinate multiple shift teams while maintaining high standards of customer service and game

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field and five (5) years progressive and responsible experience in casino Table Games Management and Administration.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required STGC Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and/or performs activities to provide quality customer service and establish guest perception of exceptional hospitality in Table Games.
• Assists in development, management, and monitoring of the annual budget and schedules employee work hours.
• Interviews, hires, disciplines, and discharges employees; monitors training for all games and employee relations.
• Plans and implements policies, rules, and directives to accomplish department objectives; improves house rules and procedures.
• Directs supervisors to coordinate work and ensure shift continuity; ensures compliance with the Sandia Casino System of Internal Controls.
