Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Ten years of management experience in casino gaming preferred.
• Eight years in Gaming Operations in a senior role in a large facility.
• Must be 21 years or older and possess a valid NM driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue across revenue-generating departments.
• Provide flawless customer service in Gaming Operations.
• Develop and monitor an operational business plan aligned with goals.
• Manage budgets and departmental goals while ensuring compliance.
• Lead and mentor gaming division managers and staff.
• Collaborate with COO and Marketing to expand attendance and profits.
