Destination Pet in Montclair is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Pups at Play Montclair to greet clients, manage phone inquiries, and schedule services in a pet-friendly setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their pets, answering calls with a friendly tone.
• Touring clients through services and scheduling appointments.
• Handling check-ins/check-outs and cash receipts with accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby and assisting teammates as needed.
