Destination Pet LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Peachtree City to warmly greet pet parents, manage phones, and guide clients through our care facilities. You will help book services, ensure vaccines are on file, and balance daily check-ins with a personal touch for every visitor and pet.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1+ year in customer service. A pet-friendly, professional environment offers steady shifts, weekends/evenings, and opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

• You’re a people-person and a pet-person.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail.
• Solid communication skills—phone, in-person, email.
• Multi-line phones and computer systems don’t scare you.
• Calm under pressure and professional, even when a dog barks.
• You solve problems quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome pet parents and VIPs with a friendly, 5-star vibe.
• Answer phones with a warm smile and multitask efficiently.
• Guide new clients through the facility and explain services.
• Keep vaccinations on file and maintain safety.
• Check-in and check-out with accuracy and care.
• Handle cash, cards, and balance the cash drawer.
• Respond to complaints with professionalism.
• Escort pets to enclosures safely.
• Keep lobby clean and welcoming.
