Destination Pet is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Atlanta with flexible working hours to greet pet families and manage daily front-desk duties. You will answer phones, tour facilities, promote services, and ensure vaccinations are current, while handling check-ins/check-outs with a friendly, professional touch.

This role requires strong communication, reliable multitasking, and comfort with lifting up to 40 lbs. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication across phone, in-person and email.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Availability on evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Welcoming pet parents and their VIPs with a friendly, concierge-like approach.
• Answering phones with a smile and multi-tasking efficiently.
• Guiding new clients through the facility and selling services.
• Maintaining up-to-date vaccination records for safety.
• Managing check-ins/check-outs with care and accuracy.
• Handling cash, cards and balancing end-of-day drawer.
• Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escort pets to and from enclosures and keep lobby tidy.
• Supporting teammates and stepping in as needed.
