Destination Pet LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative at The Barking Lot to warmly welcome pet parents and their furry VIPs. You’ll handle phones, greet guests, tour the facility, and promote services in a lively, pet-friendly setting.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask, and professionalism under pressure. Pay starts at $17.00/hour DOE + tips, with DailyPay access and benefits. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication across phone, in-person, and email.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and VIPs like they just walked into a 5-star resort.
• Answering phones with a friendly voice and multi-tasking.
• Touring clients through the facility and selling services.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations are on file.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs with care and efficiency.
• Balancing cash and end-of-day drawer.
• Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escorting pets to enclosures with care.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby.
• Supporting team members as needed.
