K9 Resorts of Virginia Beach is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a premium and welcoming experience for clients and their canine guests. The role emphasizes front-desk duties, reservations, and sales support in a fast-paced pet-hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing check-ins/outs, handling payments, and coordinating with the team to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for dogs and owners alike.

Qualifications

• Must complete K9 Resorts Certification Program for a Customer Service Representative.
• Customer service oriented and able to drive sales.
• At least one weekend shift required.
• Opening shift or closing shift availability as stated.
• Experience in animal-related or hospitality field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide a welcoming, VIP experience for clients and their dogs.
• Handle check-in/check-out and reservations in the POS system.
• Take payments and assist with customer inquiries by phone, web, email, and walk-ins.
• Greet customers, tours of facility, and personal playtimes upon request.
• Support daily office tasks and coordinate with the owner in charge.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of boarding and daycare areas.
