Qualifications

• Must complete K9 Resorts Certification Program for a Customer Service Representative.
• At least one weekend shift required.
• Previous experience in an animal-related or hospitality field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a ‘wow experience’ to clients and their pets.
• Perform check in/check out and reservation procedures.
• Answer inquiries via telephone, web, email, and in-person.
