Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with Club Members and Suite Holders.
• Engage through calls, emails, in-person meetings, game day interactions, and events.
• Partner with VIP Services to design and implement member engagement events.
• Create and maintain internal resources to support VIP operations.
• Leverage CRM to track requests and document interactions.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and exceed member expectations.
• Train and mentor game day and event staff.
• Assist in planning member-exclusive events and programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure flawless event execution.
• Support other VIP initiatives and special projects.
