Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Club Supervisor to oversee luxury service in premium clubs, suites, and VIP areas. You will lead team members, ensure exceptional service, and manage seamless operations during events to create memorable guest experiences for donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors.

The role emphasizes leadership, coordination with catering and facilities, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced venue environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality, events, or related fields.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Experience in premium hospitality, luxury venues, or events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hospitality and service standards across premium clubs, suites, and VIP spaces.
• Lead the team and serve as a visible point of contact for guests.
• Coordinate with catering, operations, security, and facilities teams.
• Oversee event-day operations and staffing, with pre-event briefings.
• Ensure compliance with venue policies and maintain safe guest environments.
