Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Hostperson to greet guests warmly, manage seating and reservations, and collaborate with front of house and back of house teams to ensure outstanding service in a luxury resort environment.

Strong English communication, professional appearance, and a customer-service mindset are essential. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, maintaining cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of general restaurant operations.
• Proficient in restaurant financial management.
• Working knowledge of restaurant management software systems.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent customer services skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain knowledge of company policies.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Preferred: experience in luxury resort settings.
• Minimum: six months experience in related field.
• Preferred: experience in luxury settings.

Responsabilités

• Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon entering the venue.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond with urgency.
• Bid farewell and invite return visits.
• Oversee daily restaurant reservations and pre-seating assignments.
• Optimize seating to balance workload for wait staff.
• Answer restaurant phone courteously and efficiently.
• Perform opening and closing duties per shift.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of work areas.
• Rotate to other Food & Beverage outlets as needed.
• Ensure Resorts World core values and standards are applied.
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licenses.
• Use personal device for job-related tasks and review company docs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
