Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Security/Guest Services professional to maintain safety and provide an uplifting experience for staff, artists, vendors, guests and members across the venue.

The role emphasizes recognizing VIPs, guiding member reservations, coordinating with venue staff, and upholding the lounge ambiance while enforcing policies. Strong communication, diplomacy, and calm under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs with proper technique.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work late hours.
• Experience with high-end restaurant operations and guest relations.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Experience in a live music environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of staff, artists, vendors, guests and members.
• Recognize foundation members, Live Nation executives and VIPs to show appreciation.
• Serve as information resource for Members in Foundation Room and House of Blues.
• Assist Members with reservation timing and guest experience.
• Coordinate with managers and staff to enhance member experience.
• Observe lounge area and podium to uphold venue ambiance.
• Ensure proper grooming standards and professional conduct.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and handle emergencies.
• Enforce venue policies on photos, recordings and entry.
• Inspect guests for weapons and ensure safe environment.
• Lead evacuation procedures when required.
• Set up area before opening and keep venue clean and safe.
