Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in high-end restaurant or VIP nightclub operations.
- Proven ability to sell to VIP clients.
- Strong diplomacy, verbal and organizational skills.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Sell VIP upgrades and premium experiences to concert patrons.
- Handle sale from pitch to payment processing and fulfillment.
- Check in, escort, and assist VIP clients for a VIP experience.
- Recognize Foundation Members and VIP clients.
- Build relationships with Foundation Room members.
- Coordinate CRM with VIP clientbase.
- Coordinate night-of-shows operations with staff.
- Execute nightly VIP setup and signage as needed.
- Maintain professional grooming and vocabulary.
- Occasionally work Special Events.
