Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- One year of prior relevant experience.
- Two years of casino marketing, VP services, or sales experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- GUEST RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with high-value players by delivering personalized service and memorable experiences.
- BUSINESS GROWTH & CLIENT ACQUISITION: Proactively seek out and develop new casino clientele to grow the property's player base and drive revenue.
- INCENTIVE DELIVERY: Execute guest incentives—including comps, special offers, and exclusive access—to reward loyalty and drive continued visitation.
- ON-PROPERTY SUPPORT & EVENTS: Collaborate with internal teams to elevate the guest experience on property and represent the brand at key events and activations.
