Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking an Executive Host at MGM National Harbor in National Harbor, MD. In this fast-paced role, you will expedite high-priority guest requests and ensure VIP-level service for our valued guests.

Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with high-value players, growing the California? (note: Maryland) property's player base, delivering comps and exclusive offers, and supporting on-property events with internal teams to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• One year of prior relevant experience.
• Two years of casino marketing, VP services, or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with high-value players by delivering personalized service and memorable experiences.
• Proactively seek out and develop new casino clientele to grow the property's player base and drive revenue.
• Execute guest incentives - including comps, special offers, and exclusive access - to reward loyalty and drive continued visitation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to elevate the guest experience on property and represent the brand at key events and activations.
