MGM Resorts International is seeking a VIP Lounge Representative at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas to deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You will interact with guests with warmth, manage billing with hosts, and ensure flawless lounge operations daily.

The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, coordination with property teams, and delivering memorable experiences in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Formación

• Prior guest service experience is preferred.
• Front Desk or Concierge experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure VIP check-in/out is efficient and professional, coordinating with property and guests.
• Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for additional charges like food, beverages, or show tickets.
• Process charges and credits accurately, handle cash/credit transactions, and balance cash and cash equivalents per procedures.
• Open the VIP lounge daily following standards, run Opera reports for arrival/departure, and assign rooms for VIP arrivals.
• Close the VIP lounge daily, ensure rooms/amenities are prepared, hand keys to front desk, and run next-day arrival reports.

THE JOB:

At Mandalay Bay, the guest experience begins with you. As a VIP Lounge Representative, your warm and personable approach sets the tone the moment guests arrive. Whether it’s a seamless check-in or a thoughtful interaction, your dedication to making every moment special leaves a lasting impression, and one they’ll remember long after their stay.

THE STARTING RATE:

$22.50/Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensure the VIP check-in/out process is efficient and flawless while facilitating an excellent working relationship between the property and the guest
• Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for any additional food, beverages, or show tickets
• Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and demonstrate responsibility in balancing all cash and cash equivalent transactions using property cash handling procedures
• Open the VIP lounge daily by following department standards, including but not limited to: running Opera reports for guest arrival and departure information, and assigning rooms for VIP arrivals
• Close the VIP lounge daily by following department standards, including but not limited to: ensuring guest rooms are assigned, amenities sent, take prepared keys to the front desk, run next day arrival reports, forwarding phones and locking the VIP lounge

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Prior relevant guest service experience preferred
• Prior relevant Front Desk or Concierge experience is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 21 years of age or older required
