Job summary

Caesars Digital in Jersey City is seeking a VIP iGaming Executive Host to manage a dedicated book of high-value players and deliver white-glove service through calls, emails, and texts. You will analyze reinvestment, extend VIP promotions, and coordinate nationwide reservations while maintaining compliance and partnering with leadership to elevate the guest experience.

Applicants should have 3+ years in executive hosting, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, knowledge of iGaming, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Three+ years’ experience in Executive Hosting, preferably iGaming.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of iGaming required.
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for improving the VIP experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, understanding analytics dashboards, and gaming technologies.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license in all jurisdictions Caesars casinos operate in.
• Must be able to commute to the office each day.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of business of our highest value iGaming customers.
• Analyze and maintain proper player reinvestment ratios.
• Extend VIP-exclusive iGaming promotions.
• Build meaningful relationships through 40 – 50 phone calls per day.
• Strategically email and text extend offers, promotions, and events.
• Educate guests on the importance of VIP along with providing dedicated gaming resources.
• Support teammates in the office five days a week, Monday through Friday.
• Execute strategic marketing campaigns designed to enhance our guests' gaming experience.
• Organize and make reservations to our properties nationwide on behalf of your VIP guests.
• Attend meetings with leadership to ensure you are supported and equipped to perform your job at the highest standard.
• Maintain healthy growth amongst all gaming metrics for the business you’re responsible for.
• Engage in actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize these risks.
• Champion within the organization a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.
