Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, sales, or gaming is preferred.
- Ability to build relationships with VIP guests and drive repeat visits.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Grow actual revenues annually in line with property goals.
- Develop and maintain VIP guest loyalty and incremental visitation.
- Maintain constant contact with VIP players via telemarketing, email, and SMS.
- Support VIP events and monitor performance against local competition.
- Ensure quality gaming experience through personalized service.
- Review VIP activities with leadership and adjust strategies as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
