Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in high-end service-focused environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• ANSI approved Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service certificate where required.

Responsibilities

• Meets, greets, and seats guests in a friendly, courteous, professional manner.
• Manages reservations flow to maximize guest experience and answers phone calls.
• Tracks and organizes reservations, to-go orders, and special requests.
• Greets guests warmly and maintains a clean, organized reception area.
• Performs opening, running, and closing side work.
• Maintain knowledge of venue floor plan and seating per management instruction.
• Multitask and work in a fast-paced, VIP-driven environment.
