Job summary

sbe Lifestyle Hospitality is seeking a Host Person in Los Angeles to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of service at a high-end venue. You will greet guests, seat them, answer calls, and coordinate special requests with precision and a sense of urgency.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in a contemporary dining setting, is 18+, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional hospitality and written/verbal communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a contemporary dining restaurant.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Experience taking reservations is a plus.
• ANSI approved Food Handler Card and RBS certificate recognized by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests warmly and professionally.
• Seating guests and managing reservations flow to optimize guest experience.
• Answers phones and takes, tracks, and organizes reservations, to-go orders, and special requests.
• Maintains knowledge of venue floor plan and table numbers to seat guests evenly.
• Maintains a clean and organized reception area.
• Performs opening, running, and closing side work.
• Must be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic and able to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
