Ideal candidates have 1+ year in high-end dining, are at least 18, and can handle a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and organization. Flexibility with shifts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a contemporary dining restaurant.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience with taking reservations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet, and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage reservations flow to maximize guest experience.
• Answer phone calls and take, track, and organize reservations, to-go orders, and special requests.
• Maintain knowledge of floor plan and seating arrangements; welcome guests warmly.
