Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures a seamless guest experience.
• Prepares table for service.
• Acts as the food and cocktail tour guide, making personal recommendations.
• Possesses thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu to answer questions.
• Delivers food, wine, and beverages.
• Oversees all aspects of table service.
• Delivers all requests from guests promptly.
• Maintains, clears, and resets table setups.
• Inputs all orders into the POS system accurately.
• Ensures health code compliance at all times.
• Handles cash quickly and accurately.
• Keeps stations stocked with china, glassware, and silverware.
• Performs opening, running, and closing side work.
• Maintains polished, professional, hospitality-driven attitude.
• Demonstrates ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
