Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in high-end, service-focused environment.
• Employee must secure and maintain required certificates, licenses, or registrations when required by local, state, or federal agencies.
• ANSI approved Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service certificate recognized by the ABC.

Aufgaben

• Ensures a seamless guest experience.
• Approaches guests and collects information needed to assist with seat and bar arrangements.
• Maintains knowledge of the venue floor plan and table numbers, seating the room evenly and consistently per venue management’s instruction.
• Greets all guests warmly.
• Maintains a clean and organized reception area.
• Performs opening, running, and closing side work.
• Must have an exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude.
• Must be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic and able to multitask.
• Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time.
• Able to take initiative in a VIP driven and guest service focused environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
