Katsuya Century City, operated by sbe, is seeking a Host to warmly meet and seat guests, manage reservations, and assist with phone requests and to-go orders. The role emphasizes a polished, professional, and hospitality-driven attitude in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of hospitality experience, be at least 18, and may have experience taking reservations. Part-time, on-site work with flexible evenings and weekends is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a contemporary dining or hospitality setting.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience taking reservations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Meet, greet, and seat guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Manage flow of reservations and seating to maximize guest experience.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and coordinate to-go orders and special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and assist with opening/closing side work.
