Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in sales/account management.
• At least 3 years in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.
• Must be able to obtain required state gaming licenses.

Responsibilities

• Create new business revenue by understanding and developing strong, authentic customer relationships.
• Manage all aspects of the relationship with the player through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the market while proactively providing new promotions to customers.
• Compile customer feedback to support improvements to the platform and identify opportunities.
• Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.
