Job summary

Coushatta Casino Resort is seeking a Guest Services/Information Associate to promote the resort and ensure top-tier guest satisfaction. You will provide VIP guests with accurate information on policies, services, and amenities, and manage front-desk operations such as switchboard calls, paging, wake-up reminders, and message delivery.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some college in Hotel Management preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate with Word and Excel.
• Ability to resolve problems using common sense and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Promote Coushatta Casino Resort and ensure optimum guest service and satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, timely information to VIP guests about policies, services, and amenities.
• Answer switchboard, direct calls, take messages and deliver them.
• Handle wake-up calls, paging and do-not-disturb services.
• Resolve minor guest disputes.
