Job summary

Coushatta Casino Resort is seeking a guest services professional to enhance VIP guest experiences and ensure outstanding service. You will relay accurate information on policies and amenities, handle switchboard tasks, messages, wake-up calls, paging, and resolve minor guest issues with courtesy.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, some hotel management coursework, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Word and Excel is desirable for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Some college courses in Hotel Management preferred.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Coushatta Casino Resort and ensure optimum guest service and satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, timely information to VIP guests about casino and hotel policies, services, and amenities.
• Answer switchboard, direct calls, take messages, wake-up calls and paging, and resolve minor guest disputes.
