Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking an Executive Host to own strategic VIP relationships, drive account development, and deliver exceptional service to top guests both on property and by phone. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, flawless service delivery, and profitable partnerships across Gaming, Hotel, F&B, and events.

The ideal candidate will be resilient, service-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks with outstanding communication and networking skills.

Qualifications

College degree preferred; 3-5 years in a casino, hotel, guest service, host or other account management role in gaming.
Sales experience with VIP or upscale clients is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills required.
Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain a gaming license.

Responsibilities

Develop VIP relationships to maximize gaming revenue and loyalty using targeted marketing and upscale sales techniques.
Maintain and grow relationships with VIP guests through personal contact by phone and in person.
Coordinate with property teams to deliver seamless pre-trip itineraries and high-end service delivery.
Represent Caesars Entertainment at events and social functions; handle guest requests and issues professionally.
