Job summary
Caesars Entertainment's Horseshoe Hammond casino seeks a VIP Casino Host to own strategic relationships with a group of 300-500 VIP players, driving account development and high-end service both in person and by phone. Qualifications
- Ability to work in loud, smoky environment.
- Ability to stand, walk for entire shift.
- Mobility to move around work area.
- Lifts up to 20 lbs with accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Generate casino revenue by developing VIP accounts and prospecting new ones.
- Build loyalty with VIP customers through relationships and upscale sales techniques.
- Maintain relationships with VIP guests via phone and in person to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate with hotel, dining, transport resources and vendors to recruit VIP players.
- Balance customer-facing activities with phone/email to hit benchmark goals.
- Arrange transportation and accommodations as needed and respond to guest needs.
