Qualifications

• Experience: two years in hotel guest relations with supervisory experience in luxury environments.
• Education: high school diploma required.
• General skills: detail-oriented, fast and accurate, organized with good judgment.
• Technical skills: operate hotel systems and protect guest information; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate VIP guest services and ensure adherence to hotel standards.
• Monitor front desk and lobby operations to maintain superior service.
• Review VIP arrivals, room prep, and special requests in advance.
• Communicate guest profiles and preferences to relevant teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of amenities and luggage handling for VIPs.
