Job summary

Kansas Star Casino is seeking a VIP Services Associate to deliver premium guest experiences at the hotel and VIP lounge. You will support marketing initiatives through guest service, telemarketing, and event coordination, with duties including guest greetings, reservations, and lounge preparation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide information at the hotel or VIP Services desk.
Operate hotel reservation system to check guests in/out and handle payments.
Access slot & pit tracking system as directed by marketing or management.
Assist with telemarketing and marketing events and VIP gifts.
Prepare VIP Lounge and maintain supplies and cleanliness.
