Qualifications

• Two years of Player’s Club experience or two years of management in gaming preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and player tracking system.
• Must be able to obtain gaming license and maintain licenses.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Player’s Club.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff; discipline as needed.
• Communicate promotions and events to staff to assist guests.
• Set and pursue daily/weekly/monthly goals for staff.
• Ensure adherence to state gaming rules and regulations.
• Provide complimentary services as per policy.
• Assist team with guest requests or complaints; resolve issues.
