Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking an Executive Host to build and maintain relationships with targeted gaming customers. You will lead outreach through calls, meetings, and events, promoting property amenities and exclusive offers to drive visits and loyalty.

The role requires strong guest service, organizational skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A 21+ gaming license is mandatory, with opportunities to advance within a dynamic gaming portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 Years experience as a successful Host or Exec Host OR 3 years in Gaming Marketing Supervisory/Management.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Extends complimentary items and services to guests within guidelines.
• Recruits new high-level players through marketing activities.
• Develops and maintains relationships with target customers.
• Greets and hosts guests on property and arranges special services.
• Ensures target customers have a player's club card in use.
• Develops events to promote revenue growth.
