Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high professionalism and excellent guest service.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with strong decision making.
• Prior experience managing loyalty or player programs is a plus.
• Ability to follow established guidelines for comps and offers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with targeted gaming customers.
• Conduct outbound marketing to recruit high-potential players.
• Promote property through offers, events and promotions to drive visits.
• Ensure players have proper club cards and appropriate comp levels.
• Document and develop a pipeline using available tools.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure guest satisfaction and return visits.
