Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Five years of experience in Gaming/Player’s Club or related field required.
• Virginia Racing Commission license must be obtained.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service and hospitality to gaming facility guests.
• Creates and establishes Player Services memberships through building relationships and promoting the Players Club.
• Uses player tracking systems to target active players and analyze data.
• Maintains confidentiality of files, records, and guest information.
• Notifies guests via telemarketing, letters, and email about services, promotions, and events.
• Responds promptly to guest inquiries via email, calls, and texts.
• Greets guests, maintains a welcoming atmosphere, and promotes positive relations.
• Coordinates promotional activities and special events with accuracy and support.
• Gives basic instruction on promotions and events as requested.
• Works with security and marketing to fulfill guest requests for accommodations.
• Develops relationships with valued guests through various communications.
• Occasionally assists in Player Services to meet guest service goals.
• May be assigned to drive company vehicles on public roads.
