1 Hotel Austin seeks a Guest Experience Coordinator to be a key contact for guests throughout their stay, focusing on VIP arrivals, personalized service, problem resolution, and cross-department coordination. You will ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for, delivering an elevated experience aligned with 1 Hotels standards, while collaborating with leadership and departments.

Input guest data accurately into hotel systems and manage registrations.
Verify guest details and preferences and assign rooms accordingly.
Program and issue electronic room keys and brief guests on location and services.
Communicate with departments to ensure folios reflect rooms and services.
Handle guest requests, billing questions, and follow up on issues.
Answer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly; relay messages.
Maintain documentation of guest interactions and resolutions.
