1 Hotel Austin’s Watr is seeking a VIP Host who greets guests warmly, builds meaningful connections, and represents the brand with professionalism. This role focuses on VIP guests, special occasions, and returning visitors, coordinating with front of house and hotel teams to ensure a seamless arrival and departure.

You’ll manage VIP reservations, note guest preferences, and cultivate partnerships with concierges and local partners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a VIP/concierge or hospitality host role.
• Warm, personable, and confident in building relationships with guests and partners.
• Strong guest service, reservations, and restaurant operations knowledge.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and connect with guests in a warm, personalized way.
• Serve as contact for VIP guests, special occasions, and returning guests.
• Manage VIP reservations, notes, preferences, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Watr leadership and restaurant team for seamless VIP service.
