Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Baltimore seeks a proactive professional to manage complex guest bookings for events, dining, shows and hotel stays. You will resolve service issues, promote promotions, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across properties.

You will capture feedback, support targeted player engagement, and drive loyalty through the Caesars Rewards program while upholding regulatory standards and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Vietnamese (written & verbal).
• B.A. in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Outstanding communication and organization skills required.
• Undergoes pre-employment screening and selection process.
• Must meet all regulatory requirements and be able to handle working in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for flawlessly booking guest accommodations including events, restaurants, shows, hotels and transportation.
• Handle and resolve guest service issues and maintain goodwill.
• Inform guests about events and promotions and support execution.
• Record customer feedback and forward to management for action.
• Engage target players on property and promote Caesars Rewards program.
