Signature Aviation in Dillon, CO is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests and flight crews. You will greet visitors, coordinate services, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions in line with company procedures.

You will work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in indoor and outdoor settings around aircraft and ground service equipment. A strong service mindset and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle) and airport security requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to exercise good judgment and follow directions from supervisor.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and escort them to the front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure services are handled promptly and professionally and information is transferred accurately between guests and departments.
• Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions per Company procedures; may assist with general accounting tasks.
• Provide concierge services: hotels, ground transportation, catering, and customs appointments.
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve requests, and address concerns efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature facilities, services, and surrounding areas for guest queries.
• Monitor flights and coordinate services using SIGops/SIGnet; prioritize services to crew and guests.
• Stock amenities and keep lobby and restrooms clean and presentable.
• Promote and sell Signature services and products to passengers and crews.
• Assist crews with luggage and transportation; provide weather info and access to portals.
