Omni Hotels is seeking a Guest Liaison for Select Guests in our Front Office. You will welcome Select Guests upon arrival, anticipate preferences, and coordinate requests with hotel departments to create memorable stays.

The role requires at least 1 year in hospitality, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will routinely multi-task, resolve guest concerns, and maintain personalized guest records to enhance loyalty.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Experience in high-contact customer environments; handling customer questions and concerns.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment, follow through on guest requests, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Service- and detail-oriented with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Able to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods.

• Create memorable experiences for Select Guests during their stay.
• Welcome Select Guests upon arrival and coordinate requests with hotel departments.
• Resolve concerns by communicating needs to relevant teams.
• Arrange Select Guest amenities via In-Room Dining.
• Conduct Loyalty Program training with Front Office and hotel staff.
• Promote the Select Guest program to potential members.
