Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Planet Hollywood Las Vegas is hiring a VIP Agent to handle arrival and departure transactions for VIP guests, assist with dinner, show bookings, and respond to guest questions. You will maintain a positive attitude and coordinate with hotel departments to expedite requests in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

We value strong interpersonal and communication skills; a second language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in a second language would be beneficial.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Process check-in and check-out transactions for VIP guests.
• Assist VIPs with questions about the city and property.
• Assist VIPs with booking dinner, show, etc.
• Assists with guest service recovery.
• Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
• Responsible for being apprised of current events in hotel to assist VIPs.
• Acts as a liaison on behalf of the guest to expedite guest requests.
• Maintains a professional and courteous attitude towards all guests (internal and external).
• Anticipating guests' needs and guest expectations.
